Terms of Service
1. About the app
Finlite Publisher ("the app") is a personal tool owned and operated by Alif, an individual in Indonesia ("I", "the owner"). It uses the TikTok Content Posting API to upload videos that I created myself to my own TikTok account. The app is not offered to the public, and these terms describe how it is operated.
2. Who may use it
The app is for the owner's use only. It does not publish to any account other than the owner's own, and it does not offer accounts or sign-ups to other people.
3. Content
- Only videos I created myself, mainly product reviews, are uploaded.
- I am responsible for the content I upload, including having the rights to everything in it.
- Content must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4. Explicit approval before posting
Content is sent to TikTok only after I review it and explicitly approve the upload. The app does not post automatically or without that approval.
5. Privacy setting and commercial content
For each upload I choose the privacy setting from the options TikTok offers for my account. Videos that promote a product or service, including affiliate reviews, are disclosed as commercial content (branded content) as required by TikTok's policies. Where TikTok does not allow a privacy setting for branded content, the app follows TikTok's rule.
6. TikTok
The app relies on TikTok's platform and API. Use of the TikTok account remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. TikTok may change or restrict API access at any time, and the app may stop working as a result. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
7. Revoking access
I can revoke the app's access to my TikTok account at any time in the TikTok app under account settings (security and permissions / connected apps), or by contacting alifashifan@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and disclaimer
The app and this website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. I may change, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app or the TikTok API.
10. Changes
I may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Ketentuan Layanan
1. Tentang aplikasi
Finlite Publisher ("aplikasi") adalah alat pribadi yang dimiliki dan dijalankan oleh Alif, individu di Indonesia ("saya", "pemilik"). Aplikasi memakai TikTok Content Posting API untuk mengunggah video buatan saya sendiri ke akun TikTok saya sendiri. Aplikasi tidak ditawarkan ke publik, dan ketentuan ini menjelaskan cara aplikasi dijalankan.
2. Siapa yang boleh memakai
Aplikasi hanya untuk dipakai pemilik. Aplikasi tidak memublikasikan ke akun selain milik pemilik, dan tidak menyediakan akun atau pendaftaran bagi orang lain.
3. Konten
- Hanya video yang saya buat sendiri, terutama review produk, yang diunggah.
- Saya bertanggung jawab atas konten yang diunggah, termasuk memiliki hak atas seluruh materi di dalamnya.
- Konten harus mematuhi Ketentuan Layanan dan Pedoman Komunitas TikTok.
4. Persetujuan eksplisit sebelum posting
Konten dikirim ke TikTok hanya setelah saya memeriksa dan menyetujui unggahan secara eksplisit. Aplikasi tidak memposting otomatis atau tanpa persetujuan tersebut.
5. Pengaturan privasi dan konten komersial
Untuk setiap unggahan, saya memilih pengaturan privasi dari opsi yang disediakan TikTok untuk akun saya. Video yang mempromosikan produk atau layanan, termasuk review afiliasi, diungkapkan sebagai konten komersial (branded content) sesuai kebijakan TikTok. Jika TikTok tidak mengizinkan suatu pengaturan privasi untuk konten branded, aplikasi mengikuti aturan TikTok.
6. TikTok
Aplikasi bergantung pada platform dan API TikTok. Penggunaan akun TikTok tetap tunduk pada ketentuan dan kebijakan TikTok sendiri. TikTok dapat mengubah atau membatasi akses API kapan saja sehingga aplikasi bisa berhenti berfungsi. Aplikasi ini tidak berafiliasi dengan atau didukung oleh TikTok.
7. Mencabut akses
Saya dapat mencabut akses aplikasi ke akun TikTok saya kapan saja lewat aplikasi TikTok di pengaturan akun (keamanan dan izin / aplikasi terhubung), atau dengan menghubungi alifashifan@gmail.com. Lihat Kebijakan Privasi.
8. Ketersediaan dan penafian
Aplikasi dan situs ini disediakan "apa adanya", tanpa jaminan apa pun. Saya dapat mengubah, menangguhkan, atau menghentikan aplikasi kapan saja.
9. Batasan tanggung jawab
Sejauh diizinkan hukum, pemilik tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian yang timbul dari penggunaan atau ketidakmampuan menggunakan aplikasi maupun TikTok API.
10. Perubahan
Saya dapat memperbarui ketentuan ini. Tanggal berlaku di atas menunjukkan versi terbaru.
11. Hukum yang berlaku
Ketentuan ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia.
